Some of my fellow Keto dieters may think that the Keto diet is strict where it prevents us from indulging in a Starbucks drink. Wrong! Before you go tossing out your Starbucks tumblers and ridding yourself from any coffee cravings, I’m here to tell you that there are ways to order keto-friendly drinks from Starbucks! Below find some of the best iced drinks that Starbucks have to offer!

Two years ago I found out Starbucks has a “Secret Menu”! Who would have knew? These are drinks that are not broadly publicized but they exist! A few of these “secret drinks” can be keto-fied and we will discuss some below!

Keto Pink Drink

The Keto Pink Drink isn’t a Starbucks approved drink but it is Keto Approved. It was actually created by a keto dieter who refused to be limited with diet restrictions. The Starbucks approved drink is the Strawberry Acai Starbucks Refreshers Beverage. This drink is made into keto by asking for Unsweetened Passion Tango Iced Te.

Here’s What’s In It:

  • Starbucks Passion Tango Iced Tea
  • Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
  • Heavy Cream
  • Splenda (optional)

Total Carbs: 2g

Violet Drink with Creamy Coconut Milk

This drink makes you forget that you were on the keto diet. It’s made with Very Berry Hibiscus Starbucks Refreshers and coconut milk. You’ll taste blackberry with a hint of hibiscus flavor.

Here’s Whats In It:

The typical frappuccino you’ll find at Starbucks has at least 40g net carbs! Since this is one of America’s favorite drinks, why should us keto dieters miss out on it? The carbs in this drink can be reduced drastically! To make this drink keto, ask your barista to take a iced coffee and blend it frappuccino-style with heavy cream, sugar-free vanilla syrup.

  • Whip Cream Topping
  • Cinnamon or Nutmeg (Sprinkle)

Keto Serious Strawberry Frappuccino

This recipe comes from Fashion Wanderer who has a new way to make Starbucks Strawberry Frappuccino keto! Be prepared, you’re be substituting a few ingredients but it will be well worth it! Make sure ingredients are blended frappuccino-style.

  • Heavy Cream (Instead of Milk)
  • Freeze-dried Strawberry (instead of normal strawberry base)
  • Sugar-Free Syrup or Mocha Syrup (instead of Creme Frappucino Syrup)
